Jeff Gan

Mr. Jeff Gan is the founder and also Chief Executive Officer of Pro Men Sdn Bhd.

He is primarily involved in strategic planning and also business development. An avid real estate entrepreneur realizing the huge potential of Malaysia property sector, Mr. Jeff Gan fully ventures into property-related sectors started his real estate journey since 2006.

He has over 17 years of real estate experience and previously he led a team with 110 full timer consultant and whole group (full timer & part timer) more than 1,000 consultants in Kota Damansara.

Moreover, based on his experiences and knowledge, he created a systematic strategy of reducing investment risks, preserving and increasing the value of assets, to provide holistic and quality solutions to our corporate (developers) and retail customers giving him an advantage in the real estate industry.

Michelle Chao

Ms. Michelle Chao is the founder of Pro Men.

She has 9 years of practical experience in the real estate market. Of course, buying and selling real estate must be done through loans and leveraged bank money to multiply real estate investment. Thus, through understanding the bank loan system, she not only does in sales but she also involves in mortgage. She has assisted countless investors in solving loan problems and successfully buying and selling valuable real estate. In 2017 she expanded her team to Penang and Ipoh. Currently she handling Finance & Operation in Pro Men Sdn Bhd.

Miss Michelle Chao holds 1st Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Social Science at University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS).
